1. Getting Started

Submit your project via the Project Request Form and include download links to your files. We treat all files as confidential. Ensure files are in supported formats and properly cleaned and aligned for processing.

2. Project Intake Review

We assess your files for quality and compatibility. If everything looks good, we’ll confirm the project is moving forward.

3. Preview & Feedback

You’ll receive a preview and have the chance to provide feedback. Each package includes one round of feedback.

4. Final Delivery

Once the final deliverables are ready, you’ll pay online and receive a secure download link.

5. Use Rights

Upon full payment, you are granted a perpetual license to use, edit, and distribute the final deliverables freely. However, without our written approval, you may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute them or their derivatives. Reality Render Studio Inc. and our solutions partner, NUBIGON Inc., retain the right to showcase the deliverables as part of our portfolios.
